Sai Constro Engineering Pvt. Ltd (SCEPL) was incorporated in India in the year 2013.
The manufacturing units of the company are located in Pune. SCEPL was formed to provide Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning Contracting (HVAC), with considerable experience gained in the field, to provide turnkey solutions for building utilities involving internal electrification, sub-station works, BMS, plumbing, fire fighting systems meeting to International Standards.

After studying the loading at the client’s site, we install optimal flooring that stands the test of time. We offer several treatment options for your concrete floor, such as Ashford, retroplate and colour dye. Use of polypropylene fiber embellished with diamond dowels for reinforcement (instead of traditional MS Steel) gives better results in terms strength, durability and aesthetics.
